There are multiple possible reasons why a Mednefits member is unable to scan your clinic or store's QR code:
- The Mednefits member account is no longer active.
- The Mednefits member may not have access to your clinic due to the company's restriction settings (they can select which panel providers members have access to).
- The Mednefits member is not using Mednefits app to scan the QR code (kindly ensure they are not using their phone camera)
- Member didn't allow camera access for Mednefits app.
