You can now enable Mednefits app to send push notifications on claim statuses!
In order to stay updated in your submitted claims, kindly turn on the notifications. You will be notified whenever your claim status is updated with the following statuses:
- Awaiting Amendment : Awaiting changes or updates required for further review
- Approved : Claim has been approved
- Rejected : Claim has been rejected
- Processing Reimbursement : The reimbursement has been processed and may take up 2-3 days to reach your bank account
- Reimbursed : The claim amount has already been dispensed to your registered bank account
Once you have allowed notifications for the Mednefits app, you will receive updates to help you clearly track the status of your claims. The new statuses introduced will not only notify you about approved claims but also keep you updated on your reimbursements and if there are any amendments to be made.
❗If you are not prompted automatically, please go to your phone Settings → Notifications → Mednefits → Allow Notifications. There will also be an email notification to your registered email with Mednefits when the claim is updated as mentioned above.
There may be additional claim statuses visible in your status history; however, please note that no email or push notification will be sent for the following statuses:
- Escalated (If applicable) : Initially rejected and appealed for further review
- Unsuccessful Reimbursement : Failed reimbursement due to inaccurate details or issue with bank. Kindly contact your HR or our Support team for further clarification.
You may check these statuses in the Mednefits app by navigating to Activities and filtering your non-panel claims.
