Reimbursement by HR

The approval of the claims submitted on the Mednefits platform is an internal process by your company and it is authorised by your HR. Please kindly check with your respective HR regarding claims submission approval.

 

Reimbursement by Mednefits

For a company that has appointed Mednefits for reviewing the claims submission, we have a different schedule for reimbursement. Generally, the processing schedule will be like the below:

 

Schedule A:

 

What By When
Submission of Non-Panel Claims (Cut-off Date)

Last day of every month (e.g. 31st Jan)

Processing of Non-Panel Claims (Approval/Rejection) 1st week of the following month (e.g. 1st - 5th February)
Reimbursement Processing for Approved Claims 7th of the following month, or the next working day if the 7th falls on a weekend or public holiday (e.g. 7th February)
Receipt of Reimbursement Amount  Within the next 2-3 days (e.g 9th or 10th February for the money to arrive at your bank account)


 

Schedule B:

 
What By When
