How do I get notified about my claim status?

You can now enable Mednefits app to send push notifications on claim statuses!

 

In order to get yourself updated whenever your submitted claims are Awaiting Amendment/Approved/Rejected/Processing Reimbursement/Reimbursed, please select Allow. 

 

 

Once you have allowed notifications for the Mednefits app, you will receive updates to help you clearly track the status of your claims. The new statuses introduced will not only notify you about approved claims but also keep you updated on your reimbursements and if there any amendments to be made.

 

    

   

❗If you are not prompted automatically, please go to your phone Settings Notifications → Mednefits → Allow Notifications. There will also be an email notification to your registered email with Mednefits when the claim is Awaiting Amendment/Approved/Rejected/Processing Reimbursement/Reimbursed. 

 

However, please note that no email and push notification will be sent out for Unsuccessful Reimbursement and Escalated claims. You may check the status in the Mednefits app. Simply click on Activities and view the statuses of your non-panel claims after filtering them.

 

  

 

Click on View Status History to access the detailed history of your claim.
