How to book an Appointment: 

1. To book an appointment for cardiac screening at this clinic, please call the hotline at +65 6369 8789 to make an appointment.
2. Identify yourself as a Mednefits member and inform the Provider your full name, company, package, preferred date & time, and contact number.
