PhysioX Physiotherapy Clinic - Appointment Instructions

Our partner, PhysioX provides personalised treatment solutions for each patient to ensure quality result of treatments and care rendered. 

 

Here is a list of services offered: 

  • MSK Physiotherapy
  • Sports Physiotherapy
  • Oncology Rehabilitation
  • Home Therapy

You may use the Mednefits app to register and checkout for payment (subject to your Mednefits Benefits Schemes and eligibility for wellness services). Otherwise, you may still make your booking by taking the steps below and pay via accepted payments by PhysioX. 

 

How to book an Appointment:
Pre-appointment:

  • In your Mednefits app, tap on the "Wellness" category, and select a PhysioX branch for your visit and tap the "Make an Appointment" button at the bottom of the page. This will launch a Whatsapp conversation with the Provider including a pre-filled message. 
  • From there, make an appointment with the Provider and indicate the services you wish to enjoy before heading down to the store. 

During your visit (Registration): 

  • In your Mednefits App, please register by scanning the Mednefits QR code displayed at the outlet.

During your visit (Payment):

  • Upon checkout, simply select the relevant service(s) received and key in the full bill amount for the visit. 
  • If there is any amount highlighted in red, please pay that amount directly to PhysioX through any available payment method they accept.
