The reason your claim is rejected will be indicated under Remarks.
On your Mednefits mobile app:
Step 1: Simply go to Activities under Other Services and Information.
Step 2: On the Activities page, tap on the claim which was Rejected. Scroll to the bottom to see the remarks made by your administrator.
Aside from that, there will be an email notification to your registered email with Mednefits when the claim is rejected. You will be able to view the reason for rejection stated by your administrator under Remarks
