The reason your claim is rejected will be indicated under Remarks.
Step 1: Simply go to Activities under Other Services and Information.
Step 2: On the Activities page, tap on the claim which was Rejected. Scroll to the bottom to see the remarks made by your administrator.
Step 1: Navigate to My Activities and click on the rejected claim. The remarks made by your administrator will be displayed at the bottom, below your own remarks (if any).
Aside from that, there will be an email notification sent to your registered email with Mednefits when the claim is rejected. You will be able to view the reason for rejection stated by your administrator under Reviewer's Remarks.
