You can view your benefits balance or entitlement from either the Mednefits Mobile App or the Mednefits Member Portal (web). 

Through Mednefits mobile app

Step 1: On your Home Screen, click on My Benefits to check your balance.

Step 2: Under your Benefits Schemes, you can refer to the details of your balance and the validity of entitlements.

Through member's portal

Step 1: On the left side of your dashboard, under My Benefits Schemes, you can see an overview of your balance and entitlements.

Step 2: You can click My Profile on top of your dashboard and choose Schemes to have a detailed overview of your balance and entitlements.
