Conflicted use of employee information:
❗Please ensure that no other employee is sharing the same email address, mobile number, or NRIC before enrolling your employee.
Incorrect formatting of employee details
❗Check through the details of your employee, make necessary amendments, and re-enroll those employees.
If the problem persists, please send an email to [email protected] and we will assist you in enrolling your employees.
🆕 We are committed to making your administrator role easier. There's no need to contact us anymore for the enrollment of an employee who was previously enrolled in a different corporate account. Our system now allows you to proceed with enrollment once the employee has been removed.
