In any case where your Provider QR code is malfunctioning or missing, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to the Provider Portal with the account details provided by our Mednefits Provider team.
Step 2: Click on the Account tab on the left margin.
Step 3: Scroll down to find the QR code and click on the QR code to enlarge it.
Step 4: Allow members to scan the digital QR code directly from the computer, or print out a temporary copy of the QR code for members to scan.
Subsequently, you can send in a request to [email protected] for our team to mail down a new QR code standee for your clinic or store.
