We are excited to announce that HRs are now able to transfer unused credits to newly enrolled employees. Please refer to this helpdesk article to learn more about it:

To view the available transferrable credits, you may remove the employee by navigating to this helpdesk article on how to initiate the removal process.

On the Removal Summary page, you may view the transferrable credits available to be offset against the upcoming Prepaid top-up invoice. Click on Click to view more details to view the details:

Remaining Balance/Credits of the removed employees will be following this formula:

Transferrable credit = (Balance on Last Day of Coverage + Balance Difference) x Credits Transfer Rate

Balance Balance on LDOC = Unutilised balance at 23:59pm on LDOC
Balance Difference = (Original Balance - New Balance) during removal exercise
Credits Transfer Rate = 100% - Discount Rate given by Mednefits

Click on Continue to proceed with the removal, then click on Remove Employee to confirm the removal process.

A green banner will pop out to indicate the successful of the removal and the transferrable credit.

The transferrable credit then will be offset against the Prepaid top-up invoice. (If there is no current prepaid top-up invoice, the amount will be offset against the next top-up invoice). Simple navigate to Billing > Invoice to view the invoice.

Notes:

  • This launch only supports Transferrable Credit from Employees under Removed status.
  • Transferable Credits can only be used to offset within their validity. Transferrable credit’s End Date = member’s prepaid scheme’s End Date.
