When your company has enrolled you onto Mednefits, you will receive an email/Whatsapp/SMS which requires you to complete the account activation.
With the Mednefits mobile app, you will be able to visit panel clinics without paying Out of Pocket and enjoy other corporate perks.
To start, please follow these 3 simple steps below:
Step 1: Download the Mednefits mobile app on Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
Step 2: From the login page, click on Activate Account.
Step 3: Activate your Mednefits account using your:

Mobile Number - Employees who are enrolled with a mobile number may choose from the 34 country codes available on the Mednefits app. Simply search the preferred country flag and country code.

NRIC (for locals in Malaysia) / Passport Number (for foreigners in Malaysia) - Employees whose number is not registered, clicking on Continue will prompt an alternative method to input NRIC or Passport Number.
Step 4: An OTP will be sent out to your active number via Whatsapp. No OTP will be sent out if your number is incorrect or inactive.
Step 5: Select your preferred your sign-in method. You may select between the Passkey or Password method.
Passkey - A pop-up screen will appear for confirmation to add a passkey.
Password - Your password must meet the criteria below for maximum security:
- be at least 8 characters long
- contain at least one uppercase character
- contain at least one lowercase character
- contain at least one number
Once you have created the passkey or password, you are all set!
