How to activate my Mednefits Account?

When your company has enrolled you onto Mednefits, you will receive an email/SMS which requires you to complete the account activation.

 

With the Mednefits mobile app, you will be able to visit panel clinics without paying Out of Pocket and enjoy other corporate perks. 

 


 

To start, please follow these 3 simple steps below:

 

Step 1: Download the Mednefits mobile app on Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
 

Step 2: Activate your Mednefits account using your:

  • Mobile Number (Employees who are enrolled with a mobile number that is using a country code outside of Singapore and Malaysia may now choose from the 34 country codes available on the Mendefits app. Simply click on the country flag and select the desired country code.)

 

 

  • NRIC (for locals in Malaysia), or

  • Passport Number (for foreigners in Malaysia)

Step 3: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.

 

Step 4: Create your password to complete your account activation!
