It is possible that you may have used all of your benefits balance or number of visits you were entitled to. If you need to visit a panel clinic, please key in the full bill size at checkout as informed by the clinic staff for the visit (inclusive of GST whenever applicable) and pay out of pocket by cash/nets/credit card. 

It is also advisable to reach out to your respective HR if you wish to know more about your benefits balance or entitlements as that is an internal process of allocation by your company.
