Reimbursement by Company Admin via payroll
The approval of the claims submitted on the Mednefits platform is an internal process by your company and it is authorised by your HR. Please kindly check with your respective HR regarding claims submission approval.
Reimbursement by Mednefits via bank transfer
For a company that has appointed Mednefits for reviewing the claims submission, we have a different schedule for reimbursement. Generally, the processing schedule will be like the below:
Schedule A:

During the claim submission, please take note of the below reminders:
- Claims submitted after the cut-off date of 25th will be included in the following month.
- Claims are to be submitted within 30 days from receipt date.
- Panel providers visits submitted as non-panel claims will be rejected.
- Email notification will be sent by Mednefits to inform you if the claim has been approved or rejected.
