If your Mednefits QR code is missing or not functioning, follow these steps to retrieve it:

Step 1: Log in to the Mednefits Provider Portal using your account credentials.

Step 2: Click on the Account tab on the left margin.

Step 3: Scroll down to find the QR code and click on the QR code to enlarge it.

Step 4: Members can scan the enlarged QR code directly from your computer screen. Alternatively, you can print a temporary copy of the QR code for members to scan.

Subsequently, you can send in a request to [email protected] for our team to mail down a new QR code standee for your clinic or store.
