How do I charge a patient when they don't have a sufficient balance?

As a panel provider, always inform Mednefits members to key in the full bill size for their visit (inclusive of GST whenever applicable). 

 

Mednefits' system will automatically check the member's account and calculate the amount payable via Mednefits.
 

For any amount that exceeds the member's account balance or cap per visit, the excess amount will be indicated clearly on the Payment Successful screen for you to collect the amount highlighted in red from the patient directly Out of Pocket.
