I can't checkout after registering at the clinic!

Regarding the inability to checkout of a clinic after registering, this is a known issue and our team is working hard to fix it. This is a problem that affects a small percentage of users.

In the meantime, there are two things that you can do if you encounter problems checking out:

  1. Make sure that the red button has appeared over the checkout button before tapping “Checkout”:


     
  2. If the app tells you to “please register before making payment”, you should log out of the app and log in again. (Closing the app and re-opening it is not sufficient.)



    You can then try checking out again. Make sure that the red button has appeared over the checkout button before tapping “Checkout”.
