Platform Fee

Beginning with our 2024 renewal, we will be incurring platform pricing to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality services and features to our customers.

 

Here are the important notes to consider regarding the implementation of the platform fee charges:

 

1. The platform fee is only applicable to companies under the Premium Plan and Enhanced Plan. Companies under the Starter Plan will not incur a platform fee. Kindly navigate to this link to understand more about each available plan. (The platform fee charged is per agreed upon signed up)

 

2. Similar to the spending invoice, the platform fee invoice will be generated on the 7th of every month on a monthly basis.

 

3. Charges will be based on the current headcount of Active, Logged In, and Inactive employees as of the last day of each month.

 

Note: Platform fee is non-refundable as it is based on the employee headcount on the last day of the month. To avoid unnecessary charges, please ensure that any resigned employees are removed before the end of the month.

 

5. To track platform fee invoices, simply navigate to the "Billing" tab and proceed to the "Platform Fee" page.
