Booking an Appointment

You can use your Mednefits app to register and make payment (based on your Mednefits benefits and eligibility). Alternatively, you may also book directly with the provider and make payment through any accepted method by True Chiropractic.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Before Your Appointment

• Open the Mednefits app and tap on the "Wellness" category.

• Search for and select a True Chiropractic branch.

• Tap “Make an Appointment” at the bottom of the page. This will open a WhatsApp chat with the provider, including a pre-filled message.

• Confirm your appointment with the provider and indicate the service(s) you would like to receive.

2. During Your Visit – Registration

• Upon arrival at the outlet, open your Mednefits app and scan the Mednefits QR code displayed at the clinic to register.

3. During Your Visit – Payment

• At checkout, select the service(s) you received and enter the total bill amount.

• If any amount is shown in red, that portion is not covered by your benefits and should be paid directly to True Chiropractic using their available payment options.
