You may use the Mednefits app to register and checkout for payment (subject to your Mednefits Benefits Schemes and eligibility). Otherwise, you may still make your booking by taking the steps below and pay via accepted payments by True Chiropractic. 

How to book an Appointment:
 

Pre-appointment:

• In your Mednefits app, tap on the "Wellness" category, and select a True Chiropractic branch for your visit and tap the "Make an Appointment" button at the bottom of the page. This will launch a Whatsapp conversation with the Provider including a pre-filled message. 
• From there, make an appointment with the Provider and indicate the services you wish to enjoy before heading down to the store. 

During your visit (Registration): 

• In your Mednefits App, please register by scanning the Mednefits QR code displayed at the outlet.

During your visit (Payment):

• Upon checkout, simply select the relevant service(s) received and key in the full bill amount for the visit. 
• If there is any amount highlighted in red, please pay that amount directly to True Chiropractic through any available payment method they accept.
