If you would like to select which specific health providers employees have access to, navigate to the Benefits > Employee Tiers and Schemes page.

Important Notes:

  • When health provider access is edited, it will apply to all employees within the selected tier.
  • If you want the same health provider access to apply to all employees, it must also be applied to all employee tiers manually.
  • The employees will be restricted to search and register at the panel provider.

Step 1: Select the Employee Tier you would like to apply the health provider access changes and click on Health Provider Access in the top right corner.

Step 2: On the Health Provider Access page, you can select the respective Category and search for the name of the Provider from the search bar.

  • As the example below shows, the activated categories in General Tier are GP, Dental and Wellness only.
  • By default, GP is selected.
  • All GP providers will be listed in the Open Access and Blocked Access panel.

Step 3: Under Open Access, select your country and state to filter accordingly.

Step 4: With the selected country and state, you can click on the tickbox to select all providers within the state and proceed to move them to Blocked Access.

  • For example, Selangor has been selected from the States menu from Step 3.
  • Once you click on the checkbox, the system will auto-select all providers within the same state.
  • Once you click on Block Access, all selected providers from Selangor will be moved to Blocked Access.

Step 5: Complete the edits by clicking on Update Health Provider Access.

Alternatively, if you need to move any health providers from Blocked Access to Open Access, you can apply the same steps:
