A small number of Members may experience issues with checkout after registering at a provider. There are two things that you can do if you encounter problems during checking out:
Step 1: Make sure that the red dot has appeared over the checkout button before tapping Checkout.
Step 2: If the app shows an error message saying "Please register before making payment”, please log out of the app by clicking on Account Settings > Logout and login again. (Closing the app and re-opening it is not sufficient)
Step 3: After logging in, you can then try checking out again. Make sure that the red button has appeared over the checkout button before tapping Checkout.
