To ensure your Mednefits app information is kept secure, you will be logged out of the Mednefits app if you are inactive for a period of time.

 

On 2nd December we recently released a security measure that will enforce and set an expiry to the Members' app. Rest assured, there will be no interruption to your allocated Benefits, simply re-login to your Mednefits app to utilise your Benefits. Otherwise, you will remain logged in to your Mednefits app if you recently accessed it.
