How to Request a Transaction Amendment

If you need to amend a transaction with Successful status, please follow the steps below to request an amendment:

Step 1: Prepare the Required Information

Before sending your request, ensure you have the following details ready:

 

  • Name of Mednefits Member
  • Phone Number of Mednefits Member
  • Issue with the Visit
  • Specific Changes to be Made
  • Supporting Document (e.g., the itemised breakdown/invoice of the visit)

Step 2: Send Your Request

Step 3: Await Confirmation

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 working day.
