How can I request for a transaction amendment?

Please send in your request to [email protected] and indicate the following details in the email body:
 

  • Clinic/Outlet Name
  • Time and Date of visit
  • Name of Mednefits Member
  • Phone number of Mednefits Member
  • Issue with the visit
  • Specific changes to be made
  • Supporting document (e.g. the itemised breakdown/invoice of the visit)
