You can now enable Mednefits app to send push notifications on claim statuses!

In order to get yourself updated whenever your submitted claims have been Approved/Rejected, please select Allow. 

❗If you are not prompted automatically, please go to your phone Settings → Notifications → Mednefits → Allow Notifications. There will also be an email notification to your registered email with Mednefits when the claim is Approved/Rejected.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your non-panel claim via your Mednefits app. Simply click on Activities and view the statuses of your non-panel claims after filtering them.
