My employee did not receive his login details.

Please kindly check that the employee's email or contact number is correct.

If they are, please follow: 

1. In the HR portal, click on “Employee → Overview → Select the employee 

2. Click on “Settings" → "Resend/Reset Account”

The employee should receive their employee welcome email and login details.
