We’re excited to introduce a brand new feature coming your way: the Mednefits Data Dashboard! Starting from 30th April 2025, HR will have access to this dashboard in its BETA release.
The Mednefits Data Dashboard is designed to provide greater transparency into healthcare spending and benefit usage. With an interactive and data-rich experience, HR can easily monitor important healthcare trends and manage costs more effectively.
However, please take note that this is a BETA release, the dashboard is still under active development. While the core features are fully functional, we will continue to refine the user experience in future updates. If you encounter any issues, have questions, or suggestions, feel free to share them with us. Your input and feedback are highly encouraged.
You can access your company dashboard in two ways:
1. HR Portal

Go to the sidemenu and choose which company dashboard you would want to review.
2. Account Access Page

For admins with access to multiple corporate accounts, navigate to the account access page to select the specific company dashboard.
Here is the breakdown of the key sections you will find in the dashboard:
Overview Metrics
The Overview Metrics section gives a quick look at your company’s overall healthcare usage. It helps you see spending levels, keep track of benefit use, and understand how employees use their healthcare benefits. This section includes:

Total Spent: Displays the total amount spent on healthcare services during the selected period.

Total Entitlement Balance: Shows the remaining balance of the allocated healthcare entitlement.

Utilization Rate: Indicates the percentage of the available entitlement that has been used.

Number of Employees and Dependents: Shows the total number of employees and dependents currently covered.
Spend Analysis
The Spend Analysis section offers a deeper look into how healthcare funds are being used within the company. This section helps you better understand spending patterns and identify opportunities to encourage more cost-effective healthcare choices. It includes:

Segmented View of Panel vs Non-Panel Spend: Breaks down total spending between panel providers and non-panel providers.

Total Panel Transaction Amount: Shows the total amount spent specifically at panel providers.

Number of Panel vs Non-Panel Transactions: Highlights how frequently employees used panel providers compared to non-panel providers.
Provider Analysis
The Provider Analysis section shows where and why your employees are visiting clinics. It helps you see which providers they prefer and what common health issues they have. It includes:

Top 5 Providers Based on Usage: Lists the healthcare providers that are frequently visited by employees.

Top 5 Most Common Diagnoses: Shows the most common medical conditions affecting employees.
We’re excited to announce that the Download feature is now available on the Data Dashboard. You can access this new action by clicking the three-dot menu located at the top right corner of the analytics page.
