Step 1: When visiting the clinic, ensure you have a complete Medical Chit specific to your influenza vaccine appointment. 

Step 2: Scan the Healthway Medical clinic's QR code upon arrival.

Step 3: Select "Influenza Vaccine (Available strictly by Medical Chit only)" as the service during checkout. Complete the checkout process by entering the total bill amount.

Step 4: If you notice an out-of-pocket expense after checking out, please be aware that you are required to pay the amount to the provider via cash, debit card, or credit card before leaving the premises.
