How do I activate Policy (in-patient) Display?

What is Policy (in-patient) Display?

Policy (In-Patient) Display is an add-on feature for Corporates and HRs to acquire and exhibit the insurance coverages through Mednefits. Members will be able to view their policy (in-patient) information through Mednefits app portal, though insured by an external service provider.

 


 

Simply follow the steps below on how to activate the policy (in-patient) display within your HR portal:

 

Step 1: In your HR portal, click Account tab located on the left sidebar.

 

 

Step 2: Click Additional Settings tab to view the additional features. 

 

 

Step 3: Then, toggle the button to enable/disable the policy (in-patient) display throughout all members account.

 

 

Step 4: Click Confirm to enable the policy (in-patient) display.

 

 

Step 5: A notification will pop up to indicate a successful policy (in-patient) display activation.

 

 

Once the policy (in-patient) display has been enabled, HR will be able to access, create and assign the policy to allow accessibility for Members.
