Benefits Passes (Effective 1 July 2025)

Starting 1 July 2025, Benefits Passes will allow members to access selected providers for specific services, including the Typhoid Vaccine.

Notification

Once a Benefits Pass is successfully assigned by your HR/admin, the employee will be notified via:

• Push notification through the Mednefits app, or

• SMS if no email is registered.

On mobile, tapping the push notification or the “View Benefits Pass” button in the email will open the Benefits Pass details screen in the Mednefits app.
