Effective from 13 June 2024 onwards, all Mednefits' users and partners will need to update their existing passwords to adhere to our latest password requirements. This is to ensure your account security is at its best and that you can safely navigate the Mednefits Provider Portal.
Please refer to the simple steps below on how to reset your password.
Step 1: Access to your Mednefits Provider Portal and input credentials.
Step 2: Click ‘Reset Now’ to proceed with the password reset steps.
Step 3: Enter your new password following the requirement and re-enter to confirm them. Then you may proceed to click on Submit & Sign In to log in to your provider portal.
Once you have successfully logged in to your provider portal, it indicates that your password reset attempt was successful. Moving forward, you may log in to your portal as usual using the updated password.
