To access your payment advice in the Mednefits Provider Portal, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Mednefits Provider Portal using your account credentials.

Step 2: On the left-hand menu, click on the Billing tab. This will direct you to the Invoice History page.

Step 3: In the Actions column next to each invoice, click on the corresponding icon. Then, select View Payment Advice to view or download the payment advice.

Note: Payment Advice is only accessible once the status is marked as Paid.
