To check your payment advice in the Provider Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Provider Portal with the account details provided by the Mednefits Provider team.
Step 2: Click on the Billing tab on the left margin. You will be directed to the Invoice History page.
Step 3: Click on the icon below Actions column. Then, click on View Payment Advice to view or download the payment advice.
Note: Payment Advice is only accessible once the status is marked as Paid.
