Effective from the end of September 2022 onwards, all HRs will need to update their existing password to adhere to our latest password requirements. This is to ensure your account security continues to be at its best and you can safely navigate your Mednefits Company HR Portal.

Step 1: Enter your login email address.

Step 2: You will be prompted to reset your password, click on Reset Now.

Please be noted if you select "Skip for now", your existing password will be expired after 30 days.

Step 3: Set a new password and click on Submit & Sign in. 

Your new password must meet the criteria below:

• new password is at least 8 characters long
• has at least one uppercase character
• has at least one lowercase character
• has at least one number

When you have completed the password reset, you will receive a confirmation email from Mednefits!
