The overview page is the main page of the Provider portal. Here is what you may view on the Overview page.
 

1) Pending claim submission

 

You may spot a red banner shown at the top of the Overview page to indicate that you still have a pending submission.
 

2) Receivables from Mednefits for the current month. 

 

As Providers are informed, an invoice will only be available on the 7th of the following month. While waiting for the invoice to be generated, you may view the receivable amount from Mednefits for the current month from the Overview page. 

 

 

2) Registration

 

For every member who has successfully scanned the QR code, you may view their details under this Registration. If there is any Cap per Visit applicable, it will also be shown under Registration. 

❗Provider may cancel members' registration by clicking on the dustbin icon (if needed)

 

 

3) Recent Transactions

 

Alternatively, you may also view the latest transactions made by members on this page as well.
