The Overview page serves as the main dashboard of the Provider Portal. From here, you can quickly access key information and manage your day-to-day tasks. Here’s what you’ll find on the Overview page:
1) Pending Submission
If your account requires claim submissions, you may see a red banner at the top of the Overview page. This banner serves as a reminder that you have a pending claim submission that needs to be completed.
2) Receivables from Mednefits for the current month.
As communicated to Providers, invoices are only generated on the 1st of the following month. While waiting for the invoice to be available, you can view the receivable amount from Mednefits for the current month directly on the Overview page.
3) Registration
For every member who successfully scans the QR code, their details will appear under the Registration section. If a Cap per Visit applies, it will also be displayed here.
Note: If needed, Providers can cancel a member’s registration by clicking the dustbin icon next to their entry.
4) Recent Transactions
Alternatively, you may also view the latest transactions made by members on this page as well.
