What should I do if I entered the wrong total bill amount?

You mistakenly entered the wrong amount? Don't worry, it can happen sometimes. This article will guide you on what should you do if you mistakenly entered the wrong amount. 

Step 1: After you have completed your consultation, you are required to enter the full bill amount on the Payment Amount page and then click Continue.

 

 

Step 2: You may review your payment on this Confirm Payment page before proceeding to the next page to complete the payment.

 

❗We strongly encourage you to check the total bill amount that you entered before you click Confirm Payment. Clicking on Back will lead you back to the Payment Amount page where you can amend your bill amount. Clicking on Reject Payment will cancel the transaction and you will be required to scan the QR code once again.
