How do I change or reset my password? (Members)

🛑 Important: If you have been using your NRIC to log into Mednefits and have not changed your login ID to your mobile number, please click here and read the "I cannot login!" help article first.

Changing your password

If you have logged in to your Mednefits account and wish to change your Mednefits password, follow the steps below:

On the Mednefits mobile app

  1. On the Mednefits main screen, tap on the menu icon in the top left hand corner.
  2. Tap on Profile, and select Update Password.
  3. Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice. Tap on Done.
  4. If your password change is successful, you will be brought back to the main screen with a "Password updated successfully!" message.

On the Mednefits members portal

  1. Click on the icon in the top right hand corner of the members portal, and select Update Password.
  2. Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice. Click Update.
  3. If your password change is successful, you will see a popup with a "Password updated successfully!" message.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your Mednefits password and need to reset it, follow the instructions below:

❗ Note: Our Mednefits Members portal works best with the Google Chrome browser. If you are unable to reset your password on a browser other than Google Chrome, please try again using Google Chrome or using the mobile app.

On the Mednefits mobile app

  1. Click on the Forgot password? link.
  2. Enter your mobile number or email address registered with Mednefits, and click Reset password.
  3. You will receive a link by email and/or SMS to reset your Mednefits password.

On the Mednefits members' portal

  1. Click on the Forgot password? link.
  2. Enter your mobile number or email address registered with Mednefits, and click Reset password.
  3. You will receive a link by email and/or SMS to reset your Mednefits password.
