Introducing Multi-Account AccessOne login to manage multiple corporates account!

 

Effective from the end of July 2022, you will be able to access multiple corporate accounts with only one set of login credentials! With this new feature, we aim to ease the processes for HRs/administrators to manage each account seamlessly. 

 


 

Things to take note of about this new feature:

 

  • One login to manage multiple accounts - You will be able to access more than one corporate account with the same email address and password.

  • Simply log in with your valid email and password, after which, choose the corporate account you would like to access! 

 

If you need to link more than one account together or remove any accounts’ access that you currently have, do reach out to the team [email protected]

 

  • If you have trouble logging in with your valid email and password, you can try resetting your password. Feel free to refer to this article: How do I update or reset my password? for more information. 

 

❗If you are previously logging in with an email ending with @mednefits.com, you may proceed to log in with your work email and registered password (from the end of July onwards) 

 


 

Important Notes: 

 

  • Rest assured that Multi-Account Access will keep all billing and account data of each corporate account separate.
  • As the employees' data, billing and functions remain within individual corporates accounts, if you are required to transfer employees between corporate accounts under the group, feel free to reach out to our Support team for further assistance
