Vision Direct Club - Appointment Instructions

Our partner, Vision Direct Club offers a new concept of eye care for all Mednefits members in Singapore, designed to make your eyesight management as convenient and comfortable as possible.

 

You may watch the video or refer to the steps below on how to use your entitlement at Vision Direct Club!

You may use the Mednefits app to pay for services from Vision Direct Club's online store. At the checkout page, you will see an option "For Mednefits Members" to complete your payment online (subjected to your Mednefits Benefits Schemes). Please follow the instructions listed on the Vision Direct Club's website for the payment instructions. 

 

It is recommended for you to browse the online store on a separate device from your mobile phone (where your Mednefits app is downloaded), to facilitate the payment via Mednefits.

 

Steps to take to book an Eye Screening for yourself in the comfort of your home today:

Pre- Appointment: 

  • Click on the "Book Appointment" button on the Mednefits app under Vision Direct Club listing 
  • Click on "Book Now" on the Vision Direct Club website to access the booking form
  • Select "Mednefits Member" and select your preferred service and appointment timing.
  • Fill in the necessary information and key in the promo code "VISIONFORMEDNEFITS" into the Redeem Coupon field at the bottom of the form. 
  • Confirm your appointment. 
  • You will receive an email with the Mednefits QR Code (please view this email on a separate device as well). Scan the QR Code using the Mednefits app by clicking on the Register button and complete the Checkout process with the bill amount for your booking.  

Now you can enjoy the eye screening at your home on the day of appointment.
