What is the onboarding process like after signing up with Mednefits?

Upon submitting your company enrolment form to our Sales Team, it will be approved and processed (this can take up to 3 working days). 

 

Upon approval, your Mednefits Business Account will be created for your company. Thereafter, you will receive a welcome email with the next steps and tips on how to set up your employees' benefits in your Company HR portal

 


 

Step 1: Click on Activate Account to kickstart! 

 

The link to activate your account will expire in 3 days.

 

Step 2: Create a password for your account and proceed to sign in!
