I am unable to login to the Health Provider portal, what can I do?

There are few possibilities why you are unable to log in to the Provider Portal: 

  • Your login email is incorrect
  • Your password is incorrect
  • Accessing the old URL of Provider Portal 

Our Provider team should have sent out an email to you once your Provider Portal account was created. You can search the email by the email subject line: Your Mednefits login details
 

You may log in to the Provider Portal by using the login details provided in the email.
