Unable to Log In to the Provider Portal? Here’s What You Can Do

If you're having trouble logging in to the Mednefits Provider Portal, here are a few possible reasons and how to fix them:

 

  •  Incorrect Login Email

Double-check that you’re using the correct email address registered with Mednefits. If you're unsure, you may contact us at [email protected] for verification.

 

  • Incorrect Password

Make sure your password is entered correctly. Watch out for:

  • Caps Lock being on

  • Extra spaces

  • Wrong characters

 

If needed, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot password?” on the login page.

 


 

Our Provider team would have sent you a welcome email once your Provider account was created. You can search the email by the email subject line: WELCOME TO MEDNEFITS - ("Your provider name" Login Credentials)

 

You may log in to the Provider Portal by using the login details provided in the email.
